Whether you're a local or just passing through, this spot is definitely worth a visit! I stopped in for breakfast and tried the Haystacks and Border Breakfast Tacos. The Haystacks took classic French toast to the next level by serving it in bite-sized cubes--absolutely delicious. Next up were the Border Breakfast Tacos, which came with avocado, sour cream, and pico on the side, transforming a standard taco into something truly special. A dash of hot sauce elevated the flavors even more! The staff was incredibly friendly, and my order arrived quickly. The presentation of each dish showed real attention to detail, making the meal feel even more enjoyable. The atmosphere, both inside and out, had a charming small-town vibe that added to the overall experience. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the food was cooked to perfection--nothing over or underdone. If you get the chance, I highly recommend stopping by this establishment!

I've eaten here several times and I believe it is the best breakfast spot in Tracy. I normally get eggs Benedict and some sort of a breakfast cocktail, which is always amazing. I recently had the chicken fried steak and coffee which was just OK. I look forward to my next visit and will stick with the Benedict.

Great food, even better presentation. T&C has been the spot for me since I moved to Tracy couple of years ago, I go there every week. Their lemon mascapone french toast and Josie's omelette are divine. I'd also try their chicken steak if I were you. The wait is quite a bit and they don't take reservations over the phone so be there on time or ahead if you can.

Definitely a gem in the Tracy area .. Went for breakfast and had the crab benedict and the wife had the scramble...hollandaise sauce was perfect...the wife was also very happy with her order...the haystack was for us the winner...reminded us a French toast, churro flavored dessert using foccacia bread which was a first for us ...killer. Great staff and nice decor with plenty of parking in the area.

We ordered the mushroom ravioli and it came with a salad. We also had the breakfast sandwich. The sauce for the ravioli is really tasty, and the potatoes that came with the sandwich were fresh. The sandwich is okay, nothing special, i would order something else next time but other than that I enjoyed my meal! The cinnamon roll also was a great dessert. Btw be prepared to wait to be seated, especially if you come for Sunday brunch. The place is not too big but has that cozy feel!

I love town and country cafe! I always go here when visiting my friend. Love their Haystack, tastes like a churro + French toast and pairs well with a hot cup of coffee. This time I got the Claudia's Benedict but I substituted the Canadian bacon for regular bacon and the fruit for potatoes. I appreciate that they allow for substitutions and that they put the hollandaise on the side. I've had many brunch items here and all of them are good. Service is also great. They decorated for the holidays so the inside felt spacious and cozy at the same time!

Great service. Good was really good too. Started off with the haystack bites. Crispy on the outside but nice and fluffy on the inside. Coated with cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar. The dipping sauce was a brown butter type sauce which was really good fresh. Has the Italian Benedict. Prosciutto and arugula were fresh. Ghost cheese and balsamic balanced everything out. Definitely will be coming back here soon.

My experience at Town and Country Cafe in Tracy was delightfully satisfying, blending quality food with excellent service. Stepping into the cozy ambiance of the cafe, I was greeted warmly by the staff, setting a positive tone for my visit. The menu offered a variety of options, but I was particularly drawn to the dishes featuring their renowned sausage gravy and potatoes. When my plate arrived, the aroma of the well-spiced sausage gravy tempted my taste buds, and the sight of the golden, crispy potatoes completed the inviting presentation. Each bite offered a comforting mix of flavors that exceeded my expectations, truly deserving of their local acclaim. Alongside the signature sausage gravy and potatoes, I decided to try one of their scrambles. The combination of fresh ingredients folded into fluffy eggs was both hearty and satisfying. The scramble was generously portioned and featured perfectly sautéed vegetables and well-seasoned meats, demonstrating the cafe's commitment to using quality ingredients. My meal felt like a perfect balance between indulgence and nourishment, making it clear why Town and Country Cafe has become a favorite among locals. What further elevated my dining experience was the cafe's attentive service. The staff frequently checked in to ensure that everything was to my liking, without being intrusive. Their friendly demeanor and prompt attention to detail contributed to an overall warm and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that they genuinely cared about their customers' experiences, which is something that stood out in addition to their delicious food. My visit to Town and Country Cafe was a reminder of how exceptional service and thoughtfully prepared dishes can transform a simple meal into a memorable dining outing.
